恒宇集团(02448.HK)拟460万港元出售恒宇金控6600万股
格隆汇3月22日丨恒宇集团(02448.HK)发布公告，于2024年3月22日，Space Construction (BVI) Limited(公司全资附属公司，作为卖方)与买方订立出售协议，据此，卖方已同意出售及买方同意购买销售股份(恒宇金控6600万股股份)，代价为460万港元。
恒宇金控是其附属公司的控股公司，主要从事提供金融服务，并持有根据《证券及期货条例》进行第1类(证券交易)、第4类(就证券提供意见)、第6类(就机构融资提供意见)及第9类(资产管理)受规管活动的牌照。
集团将使用出售事项所得款项偿还债务。集团的杠杆比率将有效降低，同时其财务费用和融资成本有效降低，此有利于提升集团的竞争力及可持续健康发展。完成将为集团带来更多资本，提供更佳的资产负债结构，增加日后的融资能力，并随即降低集团的财务风险。
