天下秀14亿元可转债终止发行
中国网财经3月23日讯(记者 张增艳)日前，天下秀公告称，综合考虑公司资本运作规划调整、自身实际情况变化、外部宏观环境变化等因素，公司决定终止发行14亿元可转债并撤回申请。
2022年9月，天下秀公布可转债发行预案，拟向不特定对象发行可转债募集资金总额不超14亿元，主要用于新媒体营销培训基地项目、标准场景化营销服务平台项目、“西五街”内容营销平台升级项目及补充流动资金。
2023年3月，天下秀收到上交所出具的问询函，要求就经营业绩、募投项目、融资规模等多方面的问题作出说明；2023年5月，公司对相关问题进行了回复。
