大唐潼金(08299)拟折让约19.89%配发合共3.11亿股新股份 净筹4110万港元
大唐潼金(08299)发布公告，于2024年3月22日，公司及认购人订立认购协议，认购人有条件地同意认购，而公司有条件地同意配发及发行合共3.11亿股新股份，认购价为每股认购股份0.141港元。
认购价较每股股份于3月22日在联交所所报收市价0.176港元折让约19.89%;认购股份相当于公司经发行认购股份扩大后的已发行股本约4.93%。
认购事项的所得款项净额将约为4110万港元。公司拟将认购事项筹集所得款项净额2610万港元，即所得款项净额的63.56%，用作集团目前为提高产能及/或生产效率而进行的技术改造项目;及1500万港元，即所得款项净额的36.44%，用作一般营运资金。
