中建富通(00138)发盈警 预期2023年度股东应占净亏损不少于5亿港元 同比扩大7.5%
中建富通(00138)发布公告，预期公司在截至2023年12月31日止年度(本年度)会取得未经审核的综合亏损不少于大约5亿港元，而截至2022年12月31日止年度(上年度)取得的母公司股权拥有人应占净亏损则为4.65亿港元，较上年度上升7.5%。
董事会认为本年度的未经审核综合亏损的主要因素如下：因公司物业组合和持作投资的富价值的收藏品的公平价值变动而产生的未实现净损失的估算;因提早赎回债券和发行可转换债券的非现金损失的估算;由于利率在本年度上升，因而导致融资成本增加约47.4%;及因无法回收中国的应收及其他应收帐款的损失估算，而该等中国应收帐款于中国的物业押记及于中国内地注册成立的公司的若干股权作抵押为担保。
