鲁商服务(02376)公布2023年业绩，收入约6.21亿元，同比减少约1.1%;毛利约为1.17亿元，同比减少21.6%;公司权益股东应占利润3943.2万元，同比减少48.7%;每股基本盈利0.3元。
其中，来自物业管理服务的收入约为人民币3.17亿元，较2022年同期增加约7.9%，主要由于本年度优化项目组合及战略性拓展城市服务。非业主增值服务收入同比减少10.6%至1.68亿元，主要是由于房地产市场低迷导致本年度物业开发商交付的项目数目减少，令设计服务及交付前服务的收入减少。社区增值服务收入同比减少6.8%至1.36亿元，主要是由于社区销售业务减少。
截至2023年12月31日，该集团在管项目95个，在管总建筑面积2310万平方米(2022年12月31日：2220万平方米)，增长4.1%。其亦有合约项目95个，总合约面积2650万平方米(2022年12月31日：2610万平方米)，增长1.5%。
