五矿资源(01208)附属获授7亿美元循环信贷融资
五矿资源(01208)发布公告，于2024年3月22日，Minera Las Bambas S.A. (MLB，公司非全资附属公司)与国家开发银行、中国进出口银行、中国建设银行(亚洲)股份有限公司及交通银行股份有限公司(通过其离岸金融业务中心行事)(统称贷款人)订立贷款协议，据此，贷款人同意向 MLB 提供为期三年金额为7亿美元的循环信贷融资(银团贷款)。银团贷款将用作一般企业用途。
