山高控股(00412)发盈喜 预期2023年度利润同比增加至不少于5.4亿港元
山高控股(00412)发布公告，集团预期截至2023年12月31日止年度(本年度)的全年利润将取得不少于5.4亿港元，而截至2022年12月31日止年度(上年度)取得的全年利润则约为1.7亿港元。
公告称，上述的全年利润增加主要归因于：上年度一项非经常性注销无形资产约4亿港元，并拨回相应的递延税项负债约1.12亿港元。本年度并无注销无形资产;本年度按公允值计入损益的金融资产的公允值亏损净额大幅减少超过约6.4亿港元;及由于上述理由的事实，部分被本年度财务成本、行政及其他营运开支分别增加不少于约4.3亿港元及约1.1亿港元所抵销。
