升能集团(02459)发布截至2023年12月31日止年度业绩，收益7229.2万美元，同比下降37.4%;毛利84.1万美元，同比下降96.8%;净亏损1547.6万美元，上年同期溢利749.6万美元;每股基本亏损1.6美仙。
集团于2023财政年度取得收益同比减少约37.4%，乃由于客户需求疲软及下游供应链去库存化。尽管集团持续努力维持相对稳定的平均售价，但该等宏观经济不明朗因素导致集团于2023财政年度的石墨电极销量较2022财政年度减少29.6%。所有地区的收益均取得跌幅。与2023年世界粗钢生产的放缓大致一致。
就销售成本而言，产量下降及固定间接成本导致集团每公吨石墨电极平均销售成本增加。为应对短期市况疲软，公司根据石墨电极现行市价，谨慎评估存货可变现净值。因此，公司于2023财政年度取得存货拨备约330万美元(2022财政年度为零美元)。因此，毛利率从2022财政年度约22.5%跌至2023财政年度约1.2%。
