卫龙美味(09985)2023年经营业绩稳健增长 派息比率高达约90%
3月21日晚间，卫龙美味(09985)公布2023年全年业绩，得益于主动创新和全渠道建设布局，2023年净利润增长481.9%至8.80亿元(人民币，下同)，经调整净利润增长6.3%至9.70亿元，期内实现毛利同比增长18.5%至23.23亿元，每股基本盈利约0.38元。基于整体经营向好，董事会建议派发2023年末期股息每股0.10元(含税，下同)，此建议末期股息联同中期股息的合计约5.17亿元，约为净利润的60%。并考虑2023年为卫龙美味上市1周年，建议派发特别股息每股0.11元，共计特别股息约2.59亿元，约为净利润的30%，合计全年总派息比率约90%，按3月21日卫龙美味的收盘价(5.8港元)计，股息率约6.18%。
