钧濠集团(00115)及要约人RHENFIELD DEVELOPMENT CORP.联合公布，于本联合公布日期下午四时正，要约人已接获：
(1)部分要约项下合共约6438.56万股要约股份(相当于本联合公布日期公司全部已发行股本约26.3%)的有效接纳(接纳股份);及
(2)部分要约项下合共约1.05亿股股份(分别相当于公司已发行股本总数约42.7%以及并非由要约人及其一致行动人士持有股份约60.7%)的有效批准。
