融创中国(01918)发盈警，预计年度股东应占亏损70亿元至90亿元，同比大幅改善
融创中国(01918)发布公告，预期截至2023年12月31日止年度(本年度)公司拥有人应占亏损介于人民币70亿元至人民币90亿元(截至2022年12月31日止年度：公司拥有人应占亏损约为人民币276.7亿元)。本年度亏损减少主要由于公司完成境外债务重组取得其他业务收益所致。剔除前述其他业务收益的影响后，年度取得亏损主要由于受行业持续下行的影响，集团物业销售业务经营亏损，且基于审慎考虑，针对市场变化进一步对若干资产及物业项目计提减值拨备及投资性房地产公允价值变动取得损失等综合因素所致。
