消息面上，远大医药日前公布2023年度业绩，公司全年录得收入约105.3亿港元，剔除汇率影响同比增长15.8%；毛利润约65.2亿港元，剔除汇率影响同比增长15.3%；正常化归母净利润约20.4亿港元，剔除汇率影响同比增长0.2%。董事会建议每股派息26港仙，总计分红约9.1亿港元，已连续分红6年，累计分红约28亿港元。
年内，公司共实现77项重大里程碑进展，其中创新产品进展42项；共有30款产品获批上市，其中创新产品5款；公司新增核心专利17项、专利授权118项。此外，作为远大医药众多创新核药产品管线中的核心重磅产品，易甘泰®钇[90Y]微球注射液在2023年的收入实现了近300%的增速。
