消息面上，四海国际发布公告，预计2023年度亏损约3.72亿港元，而于2022年则取得纯利400万港元。主要因为年内集团位于成都及天津两项发展项目之物业销售所得之盈利贡献并不重大。此外，考虑到整体物业价格持续下调，集团已就该两项发展项目部分计提减值亏损总额约1.72亿港元。
