港股异动 | 康基医疗(09997)午前跌超5% 全年纯利增长5.3% 公司取消合并唯精医疗
康基医疗(09997)早盘高开低走，午前跌超5%，截至发稿，跌4.99%，报7.05港元，成交额2398.52万港元。
消息面上，康基医疗公布2023年止年度业绩，收入9.26亿人民币，同比增加17.8%；毛利7.41亿元，同比上升16.7%；录得纯利5.04亿元，同比增长5.3%，每股盈利43.08分。末期息41分，另建议派特别息99分。
此外，公司宣布，根据唯精医疗经修订组织章程细则，康基香港有权委派的董事人数已由唯精医疗董事会的七名董事其中的四名董事减少至三名。因此，康基香港将不可再委任唯精医疗的大部分董事会成员，并失去对唯精医疗的控制。公司于唯精医疗的保留权益将会于公司综合财务报表入账列作于一间联营公司的投资。
