金辉控股(09993)跌超10%，截止发稿跌12.76%，报1.71港元，成交额322万港元。
消息面上，昨日公司发布公告，内容有关公司发行的3亿美元于2024年到期的7.8厘优先绿色票据(“2024年票据”)，根据2024年票据的条款，2024年票据的所有未偿还本金及其任何应计及未付利息将于到期日2024年3月20日到期并须予支付。截止本公告日期，公司尚未支付未偿还本金总额为3亿美元。集团还在积极努力解决并与票据持有人保持积极沟通，并寻求实施最佳解决方案，以确保维护各方持份者的利益。
公告称，自2023年始，由于中国房地产市场的深度调整，集团销售额承压明显。在行业销售环境未明显得到改善的形势下，为确保项目有序交付及按时兑付债务，集团已采取多项应对措施，包括但不限于加快物业销售、回款及精简生产成本。
