港股异动 | 北京汽车(01958)早盘再涨近6% 获母企托管北汽蓝谷A股22.9%股权
北京汽车(01958)早盘再涨近6%，截至发稿，涨3.89%，报2.67港元，成交额3218.89万港元。
消息面上，北京汽车近期公布，与控股股东北汽集团订立托管协议，北汽集团将北汽蓝谷全部A股股份(约占其A股总额的22.9%)全权托管给公司行使。完成后，集团可合共行使北汽蓝谷A股总数约38.7的表决权，将成为公司的附属，集团的产品品牌、车型阵容、产销规模将进一步扩大和增强。
值得注意的是，近期，北汽蓝谷频传大动作，与华为打造的智选车享界S9获工信部产品公示后，又被传出与小米、宁德时代共建电芯工厂的消息。
