星盛商业(06668)涨超6%，截止发稿涨6.5%，报1.31港元，成交额212万港元。
消息面上，昨日公司发布2023年度业绩公告，收入约6.35亿元(人民币，下同)，同比增长约13%;公司拥有人应占利润约1.711亿元，同比增长约10.9%;每股盈利16.84分;建议派付末期股息每股13港仙。截至2023年12月31日，集团订立合约向55个商用物业项目(含8个谘询服务项目)提供服务，覆盖中国21个城市，总合约建筑面积约280万平方米(不含8个谘询服务项目的面积)，当中48.9%由独立第三方开发或拥有。其中，有27个已开业零售商业物业，已开业总建筑面积约为170万平方米。
