里昂：上调九龙仓置业(01997)评级至“跑输大市” 目标价下调26.7港元
里昂发布报告称，考虑九龙仓置业(01997)稳定的财务管理，支持其评级由“沽售”上调至“跑输大市”，但对香港零售前景维持审慎，目标价由35港元下调26.7港元。
报告中称，公司在具挑战的环境下，仍能交出稳定的业绩，但经济放缓、人民币弱势、以及缺乏低基数效应，预期零售增长将会减慢。该行相信利率可能下调，将会减低融资成本，部分抵销外在环境不确定的不利影响。
