APOLLO出行(00860)发盈警 预计2023年度综合亏损7亿至11亿港元
APOLLO出行(00860)发布公告，集团预期与截至2022年12月31日止十五个月的综合纯利约2.663亿港元相比，截至2023年12月31日止年度取得的综合亏损净额将介于7亿港元至11亿港元。
预期亏损乃主要归因于：预期收入减少，主要是由于上一期间后出售若干附属公司;于本年度并无应付或然代价的公平值收益，而上一期间确认应付或然代价的一次性公平值收益约2.749亿港元;预期按公平值计入损益的金融资产的公平值收益较上一期间所取得约4.393亿港元有所减少;及预期商誉及承兑票据减值较上一期间所取得约1.078亿港元有所增加。
