康基医疗(09997)发布截至2023年12月31日止年度业绩，收入9.26亿元(人民币，下同)，同比增长17.8%;母公司拥有人应占利润5.04亿元，同比增长5.3%;每股基本盈利43.08分。
期内销售额增长乃主要由于随着COVID-19防疫限制放宽后择期手术量逐步恢复，国内市场的销售额稳步增加所致。集团的出口销售亦迅速增长，这得益于集团在新地区开拓了更多的经销商。
集团于报告期内的母公司拥有人应占纯利增加乃主要由于集团的销售额上升所致，但部分被集团及其附属公司杭州唯精医疗机器人有限公司的及开发开支增加及股息预扣税的所得税开支增加所抵销。
此外，董事会已议决建议派付截至2023年12月31日止年度的末期股息每股公司普通股人民币41分及特别股息每股股份人民币99分，以庆祝集团成立20周年及回报公司股东的长期支持。
