先声药业(02096)：先声再明采纳股权激励计划
先声药业(02096)发布公告，先声再明董事会及股东已决议采纳股权激励计划 ，以认可先声再明集团的高级管理层及核心雇员于过往及现时的贡献，并激励彼等于未来继续作出贡献。
于2024年3月20日，激励权益以直接或透过员工持股计划平台认购先声再明注册资本的方式向经选定参与者授出，惟须待相关经选定参与者接纳有关授予。经选定参与者将以现金向先声再明作出总金额为人民币1.12亿元的增资以认购激励权益，其中，唐任宏先生将认购及直接持有经扩大已发行股本约2.38%;员工持股计划平台为及代表经选定参与者(包括唐任宏)将合共认购及持有经扩大已发行股本约2.06%;李正涛及朱振飞将分别认购及直接持有经扩大已发行股本约0.30%及0.10%;及另外两名经选定参与者(为独立第三方)将合共认购及直接持有经扩大已发行股本约0.17%。
参与者应为对先声再明集团的发展十分重要以及对先声再明集团已作出或将继续作出重大贡献的高级管理层及核心雇员。集团视雇员为其最宝贵资产，而授予激励权益将进一步激励参与者继续向先声再明集团作出贡献。
增资所得款项拟应用于先声再明集团的一般营运资金。
