万马控股(06928)发盈警 预计年度亏损扩大至约1060万新加坡元
万马控股(06928)发布公告，预期集团于截至2023年12月31日止年度取得亏损约1060万新加坡元，而去年则取得亏损约190万新加坡元。
董事会认为亏损增加的主要原因如下：雇员福利成本由相应年度约330万新加坡元增加至本年度约460万新加坡元，此乃由于管理层于本年度增加薪金作为激励，从而改善集团的业务;汽车销量减少，乃由于新登记乘用车的拥车证配额减少导致拥车证价格大幅增加;及新加坡政府于本年度实施提高高档汽车进口关税的政策;及于联营公司的投资减值亏损约640万新加坡元，其与于2022年收购Ocean Dragon Group Limited(连同其附属公司，“目标集团”)49%股权有关。根据董事会的评估，董事会认为集团不太可能从目标集团收回任何价值，因为公司无法获取其实际情况，因此于目标集团的投资将全数减值。
