健世科技-B(09877)：联交所授出上市批准实施H股全流通
健世科技-B(09877)发布公告，公司已向联交所上市委员会申请批准公司根据转换及上市转换的约1.79亿股H股(经转换H股)(非上市股份)上市及买卖。公司欣然宣布，联交所已于2024年3月15日授出上市批准。
转换及上市将涉及约1.787亿股非上市股份的合共23名参与持有人，该等参与持有人所持经转换H股数目占公司已发行股份总数约42.84%。
