白云山(00874)拟向金融机构申请人民币总额度不超过约470.72亿元以及港币总额度不超过1亿元的综合授信额度
白云山(00874)公布，公司于 2024 年 3 月 15 日召开第九届董事会第八次会议，审议通过了《关于本公司及子公司向金融机构申请综合授信额度的议案》。
为满足该集团日常生产经营资金需要及增加融资成本议价空间，同时结合集团实际情况及发展规划，该集团拟向金融机构申请人民币总额度不超过约470.72亿元，以及港币总额度不超过1亿元的综合授信额度。该集团向金融机构申请综合授信额度可用于办理包括但不限于：流动资金贷款、开立银行承兑汇票、信用证、保函等。上述综合授信额度不等于集团的实际融资金额，实际融资金额最终以实际签约并使用的授信额度为准。
