德银天下(02418)发布公告，该集团预计截至2023年12月31日止年度净利润将为约人民币1.474亿元至人民币1.562亿元，较截至2022年12月31日止年度减少约29%至33%。该集团截至2022年12月31日止年度净利润为人民币2.2亿元。净利润预期下降主要原因是：
1.集团2023年收到的政府补助较2022年大幅减少：2022年公司完成全球发售并于联交所上市成功，收到专项政府奖励较多，2023年该项政府补助减少;
2.集团就个别客户的运营情况，出于谨慎性考虑，2023年计提的信用减值损失增加;及
3.2022年全球发售募集资金结汇产生汇兑收益较多，2023年未产生该项收益。
