协鑫科技(03800)：批准一项股份回购注销或分红派息计划
协鑫科技(03800)发布公告，公司董事会宣布其已批准一项计划(股份回购注销或分红派息计划)透过公司于截至2024年12月31日、2025年12月31日及2026年12月31日的三年期间于公开市场回购注销公司的普通股及╱或公司向股东宣派及派付股息向股东进行股份回购注销或分红派息。
根据股份回购注销或分红派息计划，视当时市场状况以及董事会于相关时间的最终批准下：(1)公司将于截至2024年12月31日年度内进行总代价不低于人民币6.80亿元的股份回购注销;
(2)于股份回购注销或分红派息期内(为免生疑问，包括公司就上述(1)进行的任何股份回购注销)：公司将进行总额不高于截至2023年12月31日、2024年12月31日及2025年12月31日的三年内归属于公司所有者净利润总和的60%的股份回购注销及╱或分红派息;及于任何情况下，公司将进行的股份回购注销及╱或分红派息的总额将不会低于人民币25亿元。
