H&H国际控股(01112)发布公告，诚如第四季度更新公告所披露，预期集团于截至2023年12月31日止年度的经调整可比纯利将较2022年取得单位数增幅。根据对集团截至2023年12月31日止年度的最新未经审核综合管理账目的初步审阅，公司谨此进一步知会股东及投资者，预期集团于截至2023年12月31日止年度的经调整可比纯利将较2022年取得介于2%至9%的增幅，而预期呈报纯利将取得介于2%至9%的减幅。
就集团流动资金状况而言，公司欣然通知，于2024年1月1日至2024年3月15日，集团已获得总额为人民币13.9亿元的信贷额度，以持续优化资本架构。截至本公告日期，未必会就信贷额度订立具法律约束力的明确协议。信贷额度未必会落实或全额落实。公司将继续探索降低公司融资成本及优化其资本结构的机遇。
