新城发展(01030)发盈喜 预计年度净利润增长至约8亿元至10亿元
新城发展(01030)发布公告，对比截至2022年12月31日年度归属于公司权益持有人的净利润约人民币2.807亿元，预期集团截至2023年12月31日止年度将取得归属于公司权益持有人的净利润介于约人民币8亿元至人民币10亿元。
2023年度预期净利润同比变化的主要原因是由于：公司出售附属公司股权及资产取得收益;外汇波动造成的净汇兑损失减少;公司附属公司资产减值增加;及行业下行致房地产开发业务收缩所致。
