力图控股(01008)发布公告，集团预期于截至2023年12月31日止年度取得公司拥有人应占亏损介乎约1.538亿港元至1.738亿港元，而2022年同期则取得公司拥有人应占溢利约620万港元。公司拥有人应占亏损主要来自以下各项所致：(1)一间联营公司业绩下滑约3200万港元;(2)确认一间联营公司权益减值亏损约6640万港元;及(3)确认商誉减值亏损约9270万港元。
