宏信建发(09930)获董事增持合共40万股公司股份
宏信建发(09930)发布公告，公司董事会获公司执行董事兼首席执行官潘阳及公司执行董事兼联席首席财务官唐立告知，自2024年3月13日至2024年3月14日，潘先生及唐先生以自有资金于公开市场交易中分别购入20万股及20万股公司普通股，分别占公司已发行股份总额的约0.1%及0.1%。
据潘先生及唐先生表示，他们对集团的稳健发展充满信心，且并不排除考虑于适当时机在适用法律及法规的规限下进一步增持公司股份的可能性。
