美中嘉和(02453)拟为附属公司的融资提供担保
美中嘉和(02453)发布公告，鉴于集团的业务发展及营运，公司拟就附属公司各自的融资需求向其附属公司提供新融资担保，总额估计将不会超过人民币27亿元。有关担保金额自公司股东于临时股东大会上批准该决议案之日起12个月内按照业务发展计划并在审批条件的规限下有效进行，可以在前述有效期内转存。
因此，公司将于临时股东大会提呈特别决议案以供股东考虑及酌情批准公司提供担保及授权董事会及╱或其授权代表全权酌情考虑及批准担保金额范围内担保的所有具体事宜。
