第一拖拉机股份(00038)涨超4%，截至发稿，涨4.24%，报7.38港元，成交额1885.05万港元。
消息面上，国务院日前印发《推动大规模设备更新和消费品以旧换新行动方案》。方案中提到，到2027年，工业、农业、建筑、交通、教育、文旅、医疗等领域设备投资规模较2023年增长25%以上。推进重点行业设备更新改造，加快建筑和市政基础设施领域设备更新，支持交通运输设备和老旧农业机械更新等。
东吴证券指出，在5万亿设备更新行动方面，农业在重点聚焦的7大领域中排名第二。展望2024年，国三切国四导致的需求透支不利因素有望完全消退，在新一轮补贴刺激下将激发更新替换需求，行业需求有望上行。此外，农机在国三切国四行业技术要求提高背景下，行业份额加速向头部集中，建议关注一拖股份等。
