百仕达控股(01168)发盈警 预计年度股东应占亏损不少于2.5亿港元
百仕达控股(01168)发布公告，集团预期于截至2023年12月31日止年度内取得公司拥有人应占亏损不少于2.5亿港元，而截至2022年12月31日止年度为1.43亿港元。
亏损增加主要由于以下因素的净影响：集团持有的投资物业公允值大幅减少;摊薄采用权益法入账的投资的收益减少;及受市场波动影响，按公允值列账及计入损益的其他金融资产的公允值亏损大幅减少。
