硅鑫集团(08349)发布公告，该公司的间接全资附属公司国硅分别于2022年11月17日及2022年11月20日与供应商I以代价人民币765.65万元订立合同I以生产及安装设备I;及与供应商 II以代价人民币634.24万元订立合同II以生产及安装设备II。
由于材料需求趋势及工业硅砂物料销售的快速发展，集团决定于2022年开展工业硅砂业务。董事会相信，安全可靠的工业硅砂生产工厂为国硅的重要基础设施。
董事会认为，近期工业硅砂的需求将大幅增加。董事会认为，订立该等合同为集团进一步加强及发展国硅工业硅砂销售业务的良机，并预期订立该等合同将对公司相关业务分部的业绩带来正面影响并有潜力为公司带来可观业务量及利润。
