中国天化工(00362)拟成立合资公司 进行矿产品及化工产品生产及销售业务
中国天化工(00362)发布公告，于2024年3月13日，公司与中矿订立合资协议，据此，订约方同意成立合资公司，注册资本为人民币2000万元。合资公司于成立后将由公司与中矿分别拥有51%及49%。
合资公司将于中国珠海横琴区成立，以进行矿产品及化工产品生产及销售业务。中矿将负责发展合资公司的矿产品及化工产品贸易业务，而公司会负责销售有关产品至海外市场，以及为产品进行深加工。
董事相信，合资公司的成立使得公司与中矿能够通过优势互补、协同效应和整合资源实现更好的业务发展。合资公司将会为公司股东和潜在投资者创造更大价值，并在矿产品和化工产品领域中取得卓越的成就。
