信基沙溪(03603)发盈警，预期年度股东应占净亏损不少于7500万元但不多于8500万元 同比减少
信基沙溪(03603)发布公告，相较截至2022年12月31日止财政年度取得的股东应占净亏损约人民币1.69亿元，预期2023年度集团取得的股东应占净亏损不少于人民币7500万元但不多于人民币8500万元。
董事会认为，有关2023年度股东应占净亏损的预期减少主要由于集团持有的投资物业公平值亏损减少，原因是中国沈阳两家商城2022年度受房地产紧缩政策重大影响等，集团确认了较多的估值损失;而2023年度市场未有明显变化导致估值相对平稳，2023年度确认的估值损失较2022年度减少导致。
