中国玻璃(03300)附属拟收购内蒙古通辽市科尔沁左翼后旗产业园区的土地使用权
中国玻璃(03300)发布公告，该公司间接全资附属公司通辽中玻已在公开招标中成功竞得有关位于中国内蒙古通辽市科尔沁左翼后旗产业园区的土地使用权。于2024年3月13日，通辽中玻与科尔沁左翼后旗自然资源局就土地收购事项订立确认书，代价为人民币5073.25万元。
通辽中玻与科尔沁左翼后旗自然资源局预计将于2024年3月28日之前订立土地使用权合同。
通辽中玻计划于该土地建设两条光伏超白压延玻璃生产线及配套深加工生产线。该土地位于内蒙古，太阳能资源丰富，是光伏发电装机的主要地区，也是中国主要的硅材料产业基地之一。通辽中玻旨在利用该地区的地理、资源及产业集聚优势，充分满足内蒙古及周边市场需求。
近年来，集团一直坚持绿色发展道路，密切关注新能源领域涌现的发展机会;致力于产品组合多元化，以开发涵盖新玻璃、新材料、新能源领域的玻璃产品，如光伏玻璃、光热玻璃、汽车玻璃、节能镀膜玻璃等，并与此同时不断扩大深加工能力。因此，董事会认为土地收购事项符合集团的战略发展规划。
