国泰航空(00293)：将调整认股权证行使价及可转换债券转换价
国泰航空(00293)发布公告，因公司宣布派发2023年度股息，以下调整将由2024年4月6日起生效：
(a)根据认股权证(公司于2020年8月12日所发行4.17亿份非上市认股权证)的条款及条件，认股权证的认股权证行使价将由每股份4.68港元调整为每股份4.43港元;
(b)根据可转换债券(67.40亿港元2.75%于2026年到期的有担保可转换债券)的条款及条件，可转换债券的转换价将由每股份8.57港元调整爲每股份8.12港元。
