TEAMWAY INTL GP(01239)：股本重组将于3月14日之前生效
TEAMWAY INTL GP(01239)发布公告，开曼群岛大法院(法院)颁布确认股本削减的命令以及经法院批准载有公司法所规定有关股本削减详情的会议记录的副本已于2024年3月6日(开曼群岛时间)提交开曼群岛公司注册处处长备档及妥为登记。因此，股本重组的所有先决条件已获达成，且股本重组将于2024年3月14日上午9时正之前生效，且将于2024年3月14日上午9时正开始买卖新股份。
股东可于2024年3月14日至2024年4月24日期间(包括首尾两日)任何营业日上午9时正至下午4时正向公司香港股份过户登记分处卓佳证券登记有限公司(过户登记处，地址为中国香港夏慤道16号远东金融中心17楼)提交现有股份的现有股票(绿色)，以换领新股份的新股票(蓝色)，费用由公司承担。股东务请注意，于免费换领股票的规定时间后，股东须就交回注销每张股票或每发行一张新股份的新股票(以所涉及股票数目较高者为准)向过户登记处支付费用2.50港元(或联交所可能不时允许的有关较高金额)。现有股份的股票将不再有效，不得作买卖及结算用途，惟仍会作为所有权文件而维持有效及生效。
