百济神州(06160)发布公告，2018员工购股计划的新一轮认购期自2024年3月1日起至2024年8月31日止。合资格雇员将于认购期结束后购买股份(包括以美国存托股份的形式)，购股资金从其认购期所得薪金中扣除。
公司相信，持续为公司雇员提供通过参与2018员工购股计划获得公司所有权权益的机会，鼓励其继续受雇于公司，并使其利益与公司股东的利益更紧密地保持一致，符合公司及股东的最佳利益。
