绿心集团(00094)发盈警 预计年度净亏损较去年增加大约30%
绿心集团(00094)发布公告，集团预期截至2023年12月31日止年度取得的净亏损较去年增加大约30%。
公告称，股东应占净亏损增加归因于以下原因：(i)新西兰分部的收入贡献对比去年减少约6757.7万港元(2022年：1.51亿港元)，原因是由于中国房地产市场放缓和压力导致需求减少，以及公司的人工林原木减少供应，销售数量因此下降;(ii)与位于新西兰人工林资产有关的非现金公允价值亏损约1205万港元(2022年：325万港元)。公允价值亏损主要归因于充满挑战的市场环境，以及因通涨率上升导致营运成本上涨所致;及(iii)森林特许经营权及砍伐权减值亏损约7551.9万港元，原因是生产成本大幅上升，尤其是苏利南特许经营权的许可费大幅增加以及运输成本明显上涨。该拨备乃根据独立估价师编制的本年度估值报告草稿所计算。
