科伦博泰生物-B(06990)核心产品SKB264获授第四项突破性疗法认定
科伦博泰生物-B(06990)公布，近日，该公司的核心产品SKB264(亦称为MK-2870)就一线治疗不可手术切除的局部晚期、复发或转移性PD-L1阴性三阴性乳腺癌(TNBC)获中国国家药品监督管理局药品审评中心突破性疗法认定。
这是SKB264 (MK-2870)获国家药监局授予的第四项突破性疗法认定。此前， SKB264 (MK-2870)于2022年7月就治疗局部晚期或转移性TNBC，于2023年1月就治疗EGFR酪氨酸激酶抑制剂(TKI)治疗后疾病进展的局部晚期或转移性EGFR 突变非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)，以及于2023年6月就治疗既往接受过至少二线系统化疗的局部晚期或转移性激素受体阳性(HR+)及人类表皮生长因子受体2阴性 (HER2-)乳腺癌患者，获得突破性疗法认定。
于2022年5月，该公司授予默沙东(美国新泽西州罗威市默克公司的商号)在大中华区(包括中国内地、中国香港、中国澳门及中国台湾)以外的所有地区开发、使用、制造及商业化SKB264 (MK-2870)的独家权利。
