港股异动 | 和誉-B(02256)涨幅扩大近10% 公司现金储备充盈 拟斥1亿港元回购股份
和誉-B(02256)涨幅扩大近10%。截至发稿，涨9.7%，报2.94港元，成交额1098.73万港元。
消息面上，和誉发布2023年度业绩，收入由去年同期的0增加至人民币1910万元；研发开支4.34亿元，同比增加14.52%；母公司拥有人应占亏损则同比收窄12.92%。公告称，收入增加主要归因于2023年公司一项临床候选药物产生的授权费增加。截止23年底，公司现金及银行结余仍高达19.71亿元，现金储备充盈。
此外，公司宣布，董事会已批准公司动用1亿港元于市场上购回公司股份。购回股份计划乃基于管理层团队的信心、公司目前的经营增长前景及财务状况，同时考虑到近期市况及宏观经济表现指标。公司拟以其自身财务资源而非上市所得款项为购回股份计划提供资金。
