德斯控股(08437)发布公告，该公司全资附属公司德斯(香港)控股有限公司(德斯香港)接获Health Link Investment Limited(作为原告)(原告)于香港特别行政区高等法院原讼法庭发出的传讯令状。诚如申索陈述书所载，原告向德斯香港申索根据原告与德斯香港于2022年7月12日或前后订立的租赁协议出租予德斯香港的有关场所的空置管有权;金额 98.84万港元(即德斯香港根据租赁协议应付的租金、管理费、差饷、地租及应计利息);相关间接利润、管理费、差饷及地租;指称德斯香港违反租赁协议的损害赔偿;及相关讼费及进一步或其他济助。
公司现正就有关诉讼寻求法律意见。
