中信股份(00267)：中信特钢全资子公司拟对湖北中航提供4000万元担保
中信股份(00267)发布公告，中信特钢(000708.SZ)的全资子公司江阴兴澄特种钢铁有限公司(“兴澄特钢”)拟对公司参股公司湖北中航冶钢特种钢材有限公司(“湖北中航”)提供人民币4000万元担保。
湖北中航向广发银行股份有限公司武汉分行申请综合授信1亿元，本次授信需要公司全资子公司兴澄特钢与湖北中航另一股东中国航空工业供销中南有限公司(“中航中南”)分别按持股比例提供担保，三方将于近期在湖北武汉签署《最高额保证合同》，其中兴澄特钢为湖北中航在广发银行申请的4000万元综合授信提供连带责任保证担保，中航中南为湖北中航在广发银行申请的6000万元综合授信提供同等条件担保。担保期限为主债务合同债务期限届满之日起三年。本次担保不涉及反担保。
公告称，本次交易是为了促进公司持股40%的参股公司生产经营有序，满足参股公司的业务发展需要。本次交易不会对公司的正常运作和业务发展产生不利影响，有利于促进湖北中航发展的日常生产经营及业务发展的持续开展，不存在损害上市公司及全体股东利益的情形。
