民生银行(01988)发布公告，中国民生银行股份有限公司监事会收到监事会主席张俊潼及外部监事王玉贵的辞职函。张俊潼因工作调整申请辞去监事会主席、职工监事及监事会专门委员会委员相关职务。王玉贵因任职累计满六年申请辞去外部监事及监事会专门委员会委员相关职务。张俊潼及王玉贵的辞任均自2024年3月12日起正式生效。
