疯狂体育(00082)发盈警，预期年度综合净亏损不超过3000万港元 同比盈转亏
疯狂体育(00082)发布公告，集团预期截至2023年12月31日止年度将取得综合净亏损不超过3000万港元，而截至2022年12月31日止年度的综合净利润约1800万港元。
公告称，预期综合净亏损主要由于该年度集团其他收益预期较去年度减少，于去年度由于变现汇兑收益而确认出售附属公司收益4270万港元。预期该年度并无任何确认出售附属公司的收益。此外，从金融投资中获得的股息收入预期从去年度的3410万港元减至该年度的280万港元;及该年度集团收益预期较去年度减少约25%至30%，主要由于体育及休闲游戏收益减少。鉴于该年度缺乏重大体育赛事且游戏行业前景不明朗，集团积极调整游戏业务的发行策略，以避免过多的资源配置于大规模更新及新游戏上线。此外，由于玩家消费能力下降，该年度联合发行游戏的整体收入受到影响。
