新耀莱(00970)：上诉法庭许可申请及新证据申请在上诉庭法官席前进行合并聆讯
新耀莱(00970)发布公告，于2024年2月21日，第一被告人向上诉法庭提交上诉法庭许可申请及于上诉中援引进一步证据的申请。于2024年3月12日，上诉法庭许可申请及新证据申请在关淑馨法官(上诉法庭副庭长)及鲍晏明法官(上诉庭法官)席前进行合并聆讯。在公司的资深大律师及第一被告人的资深大律师作出聆讯陈词后，上诉法庭批准上诉法庭许可申请、第一被告人的实质上诉及新证据申请。因此，上诉法庭颁令(其中包括)搁置针对第一被告人的二月六日禁制令，并驳回公司的该等传票。上诉法庭进一步裁定将许可申请及上诉法庭许可申请的讼费判给第一被告人，并指示双方就公司的该等传票的讼费及所引起的讼费提交书面陈词。上诉法庭将于稍后日期以书面形式颁布判决理由。
