中国金茂(00817)：完成建议分拆及REIT在上海证券交易所独立上市
中国金茂(00817)发布公告，建议分拆的所有先决条件已获达成及华夏金茂购物中心封闭式基础设施证券投资基金已自2024年3月12日起在上海证券交易所上市(基金代号：508017.SH)。
建议分拆所得款项净额(即于根据相关协议偿还相关债务、支付税项及公司于建议上市完成时就认购34%已发行单位应付的认购款项后自REIT收取的所得款项)约为人民币2.67亿元。
REIT的设立及独立上市有利于公司盘活存量资产，建立消费相关基础设施运营管理平台，提升资产管理能力，以及支持公司业务升级。
