复星医药(02196)拟参与设立私募股权投资基金
复星医药(02196)发布公告，公司控股子公司/企业复鑫深耀、复星医药(深圳)、复健基金管理公司与其他7方投资人拟共同出资设立目标基金，其中：复鑫深耀(作为GP)、复星医药(深圳)(作为LP)、复健基金管理公司(作为LP)拟分别以现金出资人民币2000万元、14.3亿元、5000万元认缴目标基金中的等值财产份额。目标基金设立后，将成为公司的联营企业。
据悉，目标基金将以深圳为重心，投资生物医药、细胞和基因等领域。
目标基金设立完成后，公司控股子公司复健基金管理公司拟接受目标基金委聘、担任其基金管理人;目标基金2024年至2026年各年度管理费上限金额预计分别为人民币2750万元、7500万元、1亿元。
